We have been intensively involved in the world of ICT technologies for a long time. We have gained our experience in this field in particular in-house in the ICT industry itself, in standardization committees worldwide, in the establishment and further development of large patent portfolios for major ICT companies and, last but not least, in a number of patent litigation proceedings. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The area of standard-essential patents (SEPs) has also been part of our practice for a long time and is included in our range of consulting services. Here, we advise companies for whom the world of SEPs is still a relatively new challenge and who ask us to analyze their situation, act as pathfinders and negotiators in the event of SEP licenses, and, last but not least, defend them against unjustified attacks by real or alleged SEP owners or licensors.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
